The (In)efficiency of the retail-minus rule

The Retail-Minus Rule (RMR) specifies that the rate for a mandated wholesale service is set by subtracting from the vertically integrated provider's (VIP's) retail price the costs it avoids by selling the wholesale service rather than the retail service. While the RMR offers regulators an expedient method for setting wholesale prices, we show that it is efficient only under restrictive conditions. The proper test for a price squeeze inquires whether the VIP's retail price is greater than or equal to the sum of the direct cost and the opportunity cost of supplying the retail service. The RMR passes this test only when the competing retail services are perfect substitutes.

电信运营商云网规划数字化研究和实现

基于电信运营商数字化转型，系统性地提出了数据驱动的云网发展规划体系，以及六大关键数字化能力构建，设计和实现了一种云网规划数字化平台，该平台可用于实现目标网络精细规划、边缘计算精准预测等场景，并探讨了数字孪生在规划领域的应用前景，对运营商推进云网融合战略、推进高质量发展具有指导和参考意义。     

基于多媒体技术的思想政治教育课程资源整合系统

为解决资源种类划分结果异常,设计基于多媒体技术的思想政治教育课程资源整合系统。选用CYUSB3014芯片作为此次设计系统的主控芯片,并设定信息处理芯片以及外围电路。在此基础上,对思政课程信息进行分类,建立了课程资源库。优化资源整合模块,设定多媒体资源整合流程,并添加DataSet与.NET Framework数据处理程序,实现对多媒体数据的高效处理。构建系统测试环节显示,此系统资源种类划分结果较为合理且系统承载率较高。由此可知,此系统在应用中具有较高的综合性能。     

Information Technology–Supported value Co-Creation and Co-Destruction via social interaction and resource integration in service systems

The paper develops a conceptual framework to study the constructs of information technology (IT)-supported value co-creation and co-destruction through shared processes of social interaction and resource integration as mediated by IT and embedded in interactive value formation practices. In particular, the elements of social interaction and resource integration are identified, and the role of IT is discussed. We conduct a systematic literature review and analyze the data using the service system perspective. Our research contributes by identifying the constructs of value-creating phenomena enabled by IT from the service system perspective and presenting a research agenda for further studies.     

温州某公轨共建高架车站结构设计

为了解决城市廊道资源的紧张和公共交通发展需求的矛盾,出现了轨道交通和快速路的共建型式,即公轨共建的复合型交通模式,以温州市域铁路S2线一期工程的人民路站为例,研究公轨共建高架车站的结构设计要点。首先,为降低浅层气体对桩基的承载力及沉降影响,对遇到局部浅层气体发育的基础设计提供了合理的解决方案。然后针对公轨共建一体化车站分别进行了多遇和罕遇地震作用分析,研究表明构件及整体指标满足规范要求。最后针对工程的一些关键技术,如快速路桥面体系的选型、超长结构温度应力的控制措施、轨道梁挠度及应力的控制、快速路桥面振动对车站的影响等进行了分析,并给出了具体的解决方案和指导意见。     

Engineering knowledge formalization and proposition for informatics development towards a CAD-integrated DfX system for product design

Target design methodologies (DfX) were developed to cope with specific engineering design issues such as cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, assemblability, maintainability, among others. However, DfX methodologies are undergoing the lack of real integration with 3D CAD systems. Their principles are currently applied downstream of the 3D modelling by following the well-known rules available from the literature and engineers’ know-how (tacit internal knowledge).This paper provides a method to formalize complex DfX engineering knowledge into explicit knowledge that can be reused for Advanced Engineering Informatics to aid designers and engineers in developing mechanical products. This research work wants to define a general method (ontology) able to couple DfX design guidelines (engineering knowledge) with geometrical product features of a product 3D model (engineering parametric data). A common layer for all DfX methods (horizontal) and dedicated layers for each DfX method (vertical) allow creating the suitable ontology for the systematic collection of the DfX rules considering each target. Moreover, the proposed framework is the first step for developing (future work) a software tool to assist engineers and designers during product development (3D CAD modelling).A design for assembly (DfA) case study shows how to collect assembly rules in the given framework. It demonstrates the applicability of the CAD-integrated DfX system in the mechanical design of a jig-crane. Several benefits are recognized: (i) systematic collection of DfA rules for informatics development, (ii) identification of assembly issues in the product development process, and (iii) reduction of effort and time during the design review.     

Feasibility study of large-scale mass customization 3D printing framework system with a case study on Nanjing Happy Valley East Gate

At present, the development and implementation of digital transformation are the keys to promoting high-quality industry development. The new digital fabrication method of robotic 3D printing is a research area being studied by many to tackle the issue of the declining productivity of traditional construction methods. Although many studies have been done, most of the current 3D printing projects are facing limitations in terms of scale. In order to bridge the gap, this article proposed a mass customization 3D printing framework system for large-scale projects. This article discusses how mass customization is made possible through the joint operation of the FUROBOT software and 3D printing hardware. By taking the east gate of Nanjing Happy Valley Plaza as a case study, the article demonstrates and studies the feasibility of the large-scale mass customization 3D printing framework system.
